Egg and Sausage Casserole
this recipe was a hit tonight for supper...i made some alterations to the original recipe though...i layered the 13x9 with the crescent rolls in the greased dish. bake at 350 for about 6 mins. as a previous cook suggested. works out well. then instead of using sausage i used thinly sliced ham & bacon bits and layered it on top of the somewhat cooked crescent rolls. i then beat 10 eggs in a bowl and added about a cup or so of co~jack cheese. poured it over the ham, bacon, and rolls. bake for 25 mins. in your pre~heated oven. when there is 2 mins. remaining i put 8 slices of american cheese over top and melted...turned out very gave it a thumbs up...
