Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies III

Amazing flavor and texture... I chose to not flatten the cookies and only backed for 9 minutes and had an instant hit at our household even without the cream filling. Thanks!

The Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookie

I have made this recipe my own to rave reviews by cookie experts! I now bake these beauties with from memory and with only a 1/2C measure, a tablespoon and a mixer. Our favorite variation is to omit the chips! The texture and flavor of the plain cooked dough alone is divine!

Zucchini Brownies

The most amazing brownie out there! Moist, rich, easy! Our family loves them and I ejoy that I can use the tons of zucchini coming from the garden. My favorite part is making up a batch with the frosting and giving them as gifts with a recipe card and a medium zucchini! Everybody loves it! The only change I EVER make is adding semi-sweet chips. It sends it over the top! Enjoy!
