Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken
Easy to make...but I cut the hot sauce in half because I am not a fan. So I don't know if it's that or the chopped ginger but wow...sweating, burning, nose..etc... I'll make it again but just tweak the hot things a bit. It's a good, fast recipe and I sure appreciate that..rice cooks while this does. [I did cheat and add a bit of flour during the simmering's not necessary since the thinner the sauce is, the easier it is to put over the rice]

Creamy Rice Pudding
3,000 people can't be wrong! I have only made baked rice pudding so this was def. diff. for me. I'm keeping this recipe! I added the raisins at least 5 mins before the rice/milk mixture was finished cooking [I like mushy raisins]. I also put some of the hot mixture in a dish and then quickly mixed in the mixed beaten egg and 1/2 c milk. [didn't want the egg to scramble]when it was time to add that. It's creamy, not solid and it's really good. I ground some nutmeg on top of each serving..and poured a generous amount of half and half on it....yummmm....

Apple Scones
These are good. I added 2 tsp cinnamon to the dry mixture...and cut them into triangles on the parchment covered baking sheet. I really like them and will make them again.
