This took quite a while to make, but it was so worth it! I made these changes: (1) Doubled the sauce but not the salt; (2) Dipped the beef in flour, then egg, then flour again; and (3) Used 1/3 c. freshly squeezed OJ instead of concentrate. Half my family thought it was too sweet, and half thought it was just right, so next time I will halve the sugar and see how it turns out. I even used a cheap cut of meat and it still turned out amazingly yummy. Super recipe!
