Perfect Apple Pie
I made this pie again tonight -- I always seem to come back to it after trying other recipes (including ones on this site) that don't come close to matching this one. I added 1/4 t. salt to the filling (salt is mentioned in the directions, but not the ingredients list in the recipe) and used Barefoot Contessa's pie crust, but I will never again make another apple pie filling besides this one. This is it!

Coconut (Haupia) and Chocolate Pie
I don't know what happened -- my top layer ended up being very rubbery. The chocolate layer is delicious and smooth, but I've just been peeling off the top layer and eating the chocolate part.

Soft, Moist and Gooey Cinnamon Buns
These were, as promised, moist and gooey. Slightly *too* gooey in the middle, however. They probably could have used a few more minutes in the oven. Superb, though -- even after a couple days they weren't dry and crusty like other buns.
