Sherry Chicken Curry

This was fantastic! I did not have onion and lime but next time I will use it. I used beef gravy mix (one Tblsp) but it still rates 5 stars. I served over rice and the family was thrilled. Thanks Rebecca for this recipe!

Thai Cucumber Salad

This was wonderful! I used red jalapenos and added carrots and red onion like others suggested. The sugar and vinegar really make this an absolutely wonderful salad. Thank you for this recipe!

Marinated Chuck Roast

I give this a 4 1/2 but don't know how to do the half star! I was so please with this recipe. I have never grilled a chuck roast before. The only thing i did different was marinate for three days. Thanks for the recipe!

Chunky Potato Soup

Okay...all of my other potato soup recipes are gone. This is fantastic! I did not alter it in any way except to double the recipe and use dried parsley. The whole family loves this as well. Thanks Stephanie for this wonderful soup recipe!

Chocolate-Covered OREO Cookie Cake

I have made this twice now. The first time was great, but was not too pretty. The second time was much better looking. It is now my boys' requested cake for birthdays. For my son's 18th I made the Oreo cake and also a Heath Bar cake. I made the cake in a 13x9 and let it cool completely and cut in half and put the mix minus the Oreo's and now with Heath Toffee Bits...my hubby LOVES the Oreo cake and says this is even better! Thanks so much for this recipe...it is the absolute best!!!

The Best Sweet and Sour Meatballs

These are very good! The only thing I did different is add pineapple and some pineapple juice to recipe. It is one of our favorites! I also do not brown meatballs, but put them right into the liquid that is hot, bring to a boil and cover for 20 min and uncover for 10 minutes stirring often.

Mexican Bride Cookies

These are wonderful. I read some reviews and I also only cooked for 15 - 20 minutes. I used half butter shortening and half butter and rolled them in the sugar after cooling for a few minutes and then again when completely cooled. My son and husband loved these also! It's a keeper for us!
