Asparagus Appetizers

I've been making this recipe for years and all my friends request that I bring it to our social events! Even people that don't like asparagus LOVE these! The only thing I do differently is I slice the roll into thirds. It makes it more of a "finger" food and a little easier to eat if you're serving as an hors'deuvre. Great Recipe!

Chicken Pot Pie III

My 9-year old said to give this recipe "six stars!!" The only changes I made was to add one can of diced new potatoes, use both cans of soups, reduce the thyme, and add a little garlic salt. I actually doubled the recipe and froze the second pie for another meal. Thank you for sharing a great recipe!!

Chicken Kabobs Mexicana

So good and so easy! I added whole mushrooms to the veggies and marinated everything (not just the chicken). After three hours of marinating, I "skewered" the kabobs and brushed them with more of the marinade before putting on the grill. My children and their friends LOVED this recipe. I made extra thinking I would have for lunch the following day..... WRONG! Will definately make again very soon. Kabobs, served with spanish rice and warm tortillas will make a wonderful "deck dinner" with friends. Thanks for sharing.

Broccoli Cheese Soup

This soup was wonderful! My husband wanted to make sure I had written down EXACTLY how I prepared it for the NEXT time! I doubled the broccoli and the processeed cheese, added some sharp cheddar, sauted garlic with the onions and since we LOVE a little creole flavoring with everything, I added Tony Chachera's seasoning. I'll make this fantastic soup again this week for a luncheon. GREAT RECIPE!
