The cookie part was fantastic. I was trying to make it with local ingredients and we don't have chocolate chips here. The chocolate I used had to be chopped, but it splintered and just melted without holding any shape at all. I also used white chocolate which chunked much better. I would make this again with white chocolate and would add some macadamia nuts. The cookies spread, but they weren't as greasy as the results I usually get from the Tollhouse recipe Good job! Oh, I accidentally added 3 tsp vanilla. It didn't ruin it, but I can't say that it improved. I like the cookie part to taste buttery, so I probably wouldn't use 3 tsp on purpose.
