Lemon Pie Bars

These are great! I followed the recipe but doubled the filling and I think that is key because the crust is so rich. I also like a more tart bar so I used 1 1/4 cup of lemon juice and lots of zest and cut down a bit on the sugar! Absolutely the best!

Bella's Rosemary Red Potatoes

Delicious! The only adaptation I will make next time is cutting down on the oil and butter. I think 1 tablespoon of each is fine. Also, up the temp to 425 and they will cook in 30 minutes with a nice roasted flavor. YUM!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

The root beer flavor was too much for me and my family. the BBQ Pork for Sandwiches recipe on this site by KMB233 is much better.
