This was a great roast! I didn't use the dry soup mix, just has too much sodium. But I put half of a beef bouillon cube in there and it came out great. The gravy was a bit watery, so you can just scoop from the pot and serve. I rated it 3 stars because it was an easy recipe that tasted good. Nothing more nothing less.
