Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2006
Very yummy - the husband and kids eat it up. Like some of the other reviewers, I find it cooks up in about 2 to 3 hours. I add a little Vouvre wine and it adds a nice flavor.

Beefy Baked Ravioli

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2006
This is a really good meal for a cold day... very hearty, very delicious. You can get more out of it if you choose the right spaghetti sauce and use tomatoes with herb additions (or add your own). Very filling, very satisfying, thanks!!!!!!!

Stuffed Jalapenos

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2006
These turned out to be very good. I really liked the spin of using sausage - I used hot turkey sausage and they turned out great. Great pick food, especially for football games! Thanks!!!

Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2004
"Honey, this one's a keeper" (The quote from my boyfriend last night after I made this dish). This is a really fabulous recipe - I didn't change a thing (and I normally do!) and it turned out great. It's definately rich and not low fat or low calorie - but worth it. Thanks for the great recipe!!!! It's going to be a regular at my house.

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2004
It wasn't a horrible dish - just very bland, which surprised me! The heavy cream really covered all the spices and tomato flavor - so we were left with just the taste of sausage and pasta. Probably will not make again, but thank you!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2004
I made this for a housewarming party - along with A LOT of other food. This one by far went the fastest and I got so many compliments and requests for the recipe. I made it as is - served with Chicken in a Biskit crackers, celery, and Frito Scoops. The scoops were favored by far with this dip.

Fra Diavolo Sauce With Pasta

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2004
A very good recipe - I personally used more spices than the recipe calls for because it didn't have a lot of flavor, but plenty of heat. But my boyfriend loved it - I will definately make again. Thanks!

Easy Cajun Jambalaya

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2004
This recipe was quick and easy, and turned out fabulous. I added a lot more spice to it (red pepper flakes, garlic powder, doubled/tripled the cayenne and onion powder) because we like a lot of spice, but I'm sure it would have turned out really well as written. A new favorite in my house. My boyfriend and I fought over who would take the leftovers for lunch today. He won. :(
