I loved this bread. I followed the suggestions from a few users and added an extra 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 tsp of vanilla, 1 tsp of cinnamon and used 1 cup each of brown and white sugar. These were great ideas!
I also swapped 1/2 cup of the butter for virgin coconut oil, swapped out 1/2 cup of the white flour for 1/2 cup a mix of whole wheat flour with 1 tsp each ground chia and flax seed. This added health benefit but did not compromise the moisture or flavour at all!
