Wow! Finally a pizza dough recipe that actually tastes like...pizza crust. Thank's Jay! I used a bread machine on the dough cycle [Order in: water, oil, flour (substituted bread flour), sugar (substituted "fake" calorie-free brown sugar), salt, yeast (quick-acting)] and it made this recipe that much easier! Once the dough cycle was finished I halved the recipe as other's suggested (freezing the rest for later) and it made 8 delicious thin slices (took close to 30 minutes to bake it all the way through).
I like a thicker crust so I may try using 3/4 of the dough next time and using the rest for breadsticks but even as a thin crust it was very filling. Will *definitly* be making again!
