This is an awesome casserole. I make it about 3 times a month and share it at work and everyone loves it. I use medium salsa instead of mild and oh so good. If you like chicken, rice, cheese and salsa, you must try this. It is the only time I will eat left overs. It is that good. I am rating this a 5 star. It's nice to know you don't have to use any seasonings like salt or pepper. I love it.
