Hasty Chocolate Pudding
I didn't have cornstarch, so subbed with flour after reading a couple of reviews here. Also, I did it on top of the stove after reading the review by gwendolyn028, mixing all the dry ingredients and on low heat, slowly pouring the milk and stirring continuously until it bubbled, stirring for one minute more and then turning off the heat. I left it to cool for five minutes as she suggested, stirring twice and adding a bit of margarine as I didn't have any butter on hand. I tried it warm, but it seemed like the dark chocolate taste overpowered the sugar, so I used plastic wrap and stuck it in the fridge. And some hours later....awesome! The dark chocolate taste was still there, but it went down fabulously, like greased gravity. It so soothes that sweet tooth. Thanks, I'll definitely be making this again!

Baked Pancakes
It was yum! As it was just for me, I halved the recipe except for the sugar and wish I hadn't. I could easily have eaten it all. Of course, that translated to less baking time. I left out the confectioner's sugar and lemon juice and it was great. Next time I'll try it with cinnamon and vanilla, and likely use a little less butter, probably add a bit of baking powder. Unique, buttery taste.

Leftover Pancake Breakfast Sandwich
I made pancakes specifically so I could try this. I used Gouda instead of the Cheddar. Like another reviewer said, each ingredient on its own was great, but I think I was expecting something different. However, it's filling and I enjoyed it. I think the other ingredients overpowered the taste of the pancakes, and I missed that particular taste. I did use cherry jam instead of maple syrup which I didn't have, and I must have done myself a disservice, from what others are saying. I will definitely try again with maple syrup, and other variations of meat and cheese.
