About this Cook
I'm a 22 y.o. wife and mommy to be. I enjoy cooking/baking almost as much as i do eating. I truly think cooking/baking are forms of art, allowing you to personalize every thing being made.
My favorite things to cook
Desserts are the funnest to make, I am a coffee girl who always pairs a cup with something sweet.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Growing up I ate spaghetti w/ sauce from a jar and sloppy joes almost every week. When I first dated my husband and was introduced to his family, so was I to genuine home cooked meals.
My cooking triumphs
Everytime my husband tries something and goes, "MMMM, that's good!"
My cooking tragedies
Well, the new apartment i;m in has a faulty oven...burns everything on the bottom regardless. Buying a counter convection oven ASAP!

Chicken Noodle Casserole I
this was just delicious, ultimate comfort food! i did listen to other reviews and cooked both the chicken and egg noodles in chicken broth, also added a bag of frozen broccoli i steamed up first. also i did add a little bit of water with the sour cream soup mixture so it would not be dry. it makes a lot, but it's so good, it's real easy to finish up! definitely give it a shot, this is one of the best casseroles i've tried on here!

Stuffed Peppers
i'm giving this 5 stars because even though i messed up, it still turned our great! i accidentally added soy sauce instead of Worcestershire sauce, and it sill turned out great! i also added shredded cheddar the last ten minutes.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I
this was absolutely amazing, i love that it called for cream cheese. was extremely rich and creamy. i should have read other reviews and doubled the sauce ingredients. After 8 hrs on low in the slow cooker, it seemed like there wasn't as much and it was pretty thick. i had to add water at the end when adding the cream cheese so it would thin out a bit. PERFECT recipe, just needed more sauce :) yumyumyum
