Made it according to directions. Cut the topping ingredients in half and still had ample. It made 8 muffins In a standard size muffin tin. I also used frozen blueberries as it is November in the Midwest. This is the second recipe I've tried for blueberry muffins. Definitely better than my earlier recipe. The consistency was light and flaky. Just the right amount of moisture. However, even the frozen blueberries tended to settle during cooking. Next time I will dust with them with flour first. Very tasty. I am only giving them 4 stars in case there is a better recipe out there. Definitely worth a try.
