Roasted Rosemary Chicken And Vegetables

Wonderful, easy recipe! Like many other reviews, I doubled the marinade recipe and marinated the chicken for about 20 minutes. I will definately make this again and I think it would work well with whatever veggies you have on hand.

Emily's Famous Marshmallows

Wonderful recipe! Everyone was so impressed with these homemade marshmallows. They were just like store bought only better! Not really that difficult either. I rolled each marshmallow generously in powdered sugar after I cut them. Clean up was easy with lots of really hot water.

Cranberry Apple Pie III

Wonderful pie! I love serving this rather than plain apple. My husband thought it was a little too tart, but my guests disagreed. Depends on how much you like cranberries I guess. I thought it was perfect just the way it is.

Mrs. Sigg's Fresh Pumpkin Pie

Wonderful pie! This made enough for one deep dish or two disposable pie tins. I made one for guests and then four more for our neighbors because it turned out so well. The only thing I changed was that I baked the pumpkin in a casserole dish with about an inch of water. I've done pumpkin both ways before and this always makes it turn out soft and easy to scoop out and mix up.

Sunday Dinner Rolls

These rolls were excellent. I took the advice of another reviewer and was generous with the flour while I rolled and shaped them. That took care of the sticky problem and I found the dough easy to work with. Tasted wonderful and I got lots of compliments.

Orzo with Parmesan and Basil

This was delicious and easy. I cut the butter to about a third of a stick and it turned out great. My husband loved it too and this is not the kind of thing he normally likes, Lots of flavor in a little time!

A Nice Slow-Cooked Pork

Wonderful, flavorful, and easy! This cut of meat is a bit too fatty for my taste (but my husband and I are both pretty picky about fat) I will definately make this again, but will try a slightly leaner cut next time. All my guests raved over this super simple dish.

Quick Polynesian Chicken

My husband and I both really enjoyed this. It was the easiest meal ever! I used a tropical fruit cocktail with lots of pineapple in it and also spinkled the chicken with chili powder as suggested by some of the other reviews. It may not be an all-time favorite, but definately a wonderful dish to fix when your tired and don't feel like cooking. Very moist and a nice combo of flavors (especially with the chili powder). Add some white rice on the side and you've got a great easy meal.

Cranberry BBQ Chicken

This was a huge hit with my crowd! I had several people ask for the recipe, and it was so easy. I did take a short cut on it, and used individually frozen chicken breast tenderloins. I just put them in the pan frozen and instead of cooking the onion and celery in the chicken drippings, I just used butter. I poured the sauce over the frozen chicken and baked it. It worked beautifully!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Wow! This was great! I made two of these for our Bible study group who I cook for every week and this was definately a hit. Everyone loved it and everyone came back for more. Pretty easy, though not a dish for when you're in a real hurry, but so worth it over canned soup versions.

Spicy Chunks of Stewed Beef Soup

This recipe was great! I went a little light on the cayenne pepper and red pepper flakes and was glad I did, but I always go light on those. As my husband finished off his bowl he said, "This recipe is definately a keeper!" The spice makes it a bit different from your average beef stew. I thought it was pretty quick and easy. It takes a long time to cook and you have to soak the beans, so plan ahead, but it was nice to come home to dinner with very little time spent in the kitchen.
