Salisbury Steak with Mushrooms
This recipe is very much like the Salisbury Steak which I've been making for many years, ever since I got married. I always add a bit of crushed garlic into the meat mixture, but not enough to overpower the flavor... only enough to 'enhance' it. Believe me, a little bit of garlic makes a huge difference! I served the Salisbury Steaks over Buttered Egg Noodles, and sometimes over Rice... but my favorite way to serve them is with with Mashed Potatoes, and a nice fresh sautéed vegetable (like Brussels Sprouts or Asparagus.) This dish has always been one of our old family favorites. It may be 'old fashioned', but it's very delicious.

Oven-Fried Pork Chops
I've always made Pork Chops in a Sautee pan on the stovetop, since I thought that baking them in the oven would make them tough and dry. I tried this recipe, and they came out moist and delicious. I used boneless chops which were about 1" thick, so I needed to adjust the cooking time. (They were ready at 165 deg. when I temped them.) I used "Stove-Top Pork Stuffing Mix" to dredge the chops. They came out very delicious and moist! I served them with some finely chopped Italian Parsley on top. I'll definitely make these chops again and again. My family and I loved them.

Lemon Garlic Chicken
This is a very 'basic' recipe to start out with, but it needs a lot more herbs in it, in order to make it tasty. Chop up and add in some fresh Parsley, Thyme, Rosemary and Sage.
