Seasoned Swai Fish Fillet

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2015
I enjoyed this recipe. I did not use the wine, but added extra lemon juice, and a little cayenne seasoning. Very moist and tasty.

Potatoes and Peppers

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2014
This was very good. My husband and I ate it all and could have eaten more. This is a new take on an old recipe I've used for years. I usually make this just with regular onions and pats of butter, but I enjoyed the addition of red peppers, and I added green onions. Since i had a non stick skillet, I used much less olive oil and no butter..

Baked Tilapia

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2014
This was very good. Reading other reviewers, I marinated the tilapia in Italian dressing for an hour, and instead of tomato paste, i used spaghetti sauce. I used all the other ingredients, but much less olive oil. My husband even asked how i made it, and he enjoyed it.

This was a good tasting dish. I used frozen green beans, and omitted the table salt, but used everything else.

Creamy Banana Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2014
This was delicious. I am not a real banana lover, but this bread was so good, I ate half the loaf! I took the other half to work and it was eaten very quickly by my coworkers.

Quick Zesty Green Beans

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2014
This was very good. I used regular Old Bay Seasoning and no nuts as they hurt my husband's teeth. I usually cook green beans until they are very soft, so this method was new, but the beans were quite tasty. It will be my go-to recipe.

Garlic Rice

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2014
This was a good way to use left-over chinese food rice. I used several fresh garlic gloves and mushrooms. It gave the rice a nice flavor and was super easy.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2013
Delicious. I browned the meat first, stirred together the 2 soups and water, put in the slow cooker & added the meat. I also added a chopped garlic clove and liquid smoke. I agree that it needs 8 hrs in the slow cooker. It was fork tender!! Will make again.
