Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction
Just made this for a dinner guest last night - cooked the chops for about five minutes on each side to get them to medium temperature. Also added about 3 cloves of garlic to the balsamic reduction and served on a bed of greens with goat cheese and a side of roasted rosemary potatoes. YUM! I would definitely recommend the goat cheese - the warm chop melted it a bit and made it nice and smooth. It complimented the lamb perfectly.

Chocolate Beer Cupcakes With Whiskey Filling And Irish Cream Icing
I made this recipe for a friend's birthday, and everyone loved it! They were some of the richest, tastiest cupcakes I've ever had. The only suggestion I would make to anyone who wants to make this recipe is to double the amount of frosting you make, or multiply it by 1.5, at least, in order to be able to use the amount shown in the photo. I always like to have plenty of frosting, so I know I won't run out. Would definitely make these again!

Cranberry Orange Muffins with Truvia(R) Baking Blend
I made this recipe substituting 1 cup of Splenda for 1/3 cup of Truvia (Splenda measures the same as sugar), butter-flavored Crisco, and whole wheat flour to make it a bit more healthy. These are some of the best muffins I've ever had, and they were low on guilt! I'll definitely be making these again!
