Sweet Restaurant Slaw
I did like this recipe and I would have given it 5 stars if I hadn't read the other reviews and reduced the sugar to 1/4 cup instead of the 1/2 cup the original calls for. I didn't think it was sweet enough with only half the amount of sugar. It was a little on the tangy side, which was good, but I think it would have been better with a half cup of sugar to offset the tangy-ness. And I didn't think it was goopy at all. Next time I make it, I will use the recipe as is and it should be a 5-star rating. :)

Super Easy Sloppy Joes
This was very good; much better than the stuff you buy in a can. I did however, only use 2 pounds of ground beef(and that was more than enough for my family of 3) and the 12 oz of chile sauce was still not enough. I would imagine the meat would be very dry if you use 3 lbs and ONLY the 12 oz of chile sauce. Next time I will up the amount to about 16 ounces. This was still delicious and I will definitely put it on the menu again!

Cheesy Brat Stew for the Slow Cooker
This is a great meal! I will say that it takes longer than 3 hours to cook potatoes in the crock pot. Learned that the first time I made this. Second time, I just cooked on the lowest setting (10 hr) and everything was great. If you didn't want it to cook all day, you could probably boil the potatoes for a few minutes first. I also use 2 cans of the soup because just one can plus the water weren't enough. Also, I doubled the bratwursts to 12 because I buy the pre-cooked ones and 6 just isn't enough. Overall a great cheesy meal especially on cold days!
