Shrimp Scampi Bake

This was an amazing recipe! I get leery of recipes with prepared mustard in it, because sometimes it ends up tasting too mustard-y. This was so easy to make. I only used a pound of shrimp and added mussel meat (I swirled around the mussel meat in the juice leftover fro the shrimp. I also added about half a cup of white wine in the mixture. Threw a little fresh spinach and olive oil together with some whole wheat linguine and it was superb.
