I really don't make cornbread although I do like it. I made this recipe for a birthday party we were going to. I had to taste test if and had a couple, few pieces. It is very yummy. I had to hurry and pack it up before I ate any more. The next time I make it I think I might try and add a small can of drained, crushed corn and see how it comes out. I think this cornbread will be a hit.
