Marinated Baked Pork Chops
Firstly, and I hate to be pedantic, but this is a glazed pork chop, not marinaded. However, it is still good. I had to make one adjustment due to food allergies. I substituted 2 tablespoons of yellow mustard for the soy and Worcestershire sauces, and I added about a teaspoon of seasoned salt (Tony Chachere's). The result was absolutely fantastic! It's even better if you switch to broil during the last 5 to 10 minutes of the cooking as it caramelizes the glaze and pork.
