Shallow flavor. It was totally edible, no one complained. but I think with some nice fresh ingredients like real ginger it could have really benefited. On the other hand, it was super quick and easy to make! Also, DO NOT use already cooked shrimp. Even with uncooked raw shrimp you're going to have to be seriously watching the shrimp before it gets overcooked or too tough.
Just to reiterate: Things I would change: Fresh uncooked shrimp, real ginger. It'd probably be a better dish then. Good luck!
