Lo Mein Noodles
This recipe is the I read reviews first so I doubled the sauce, added a chopped red pepper and used a whole onion, added chopped chicken marinated in teriyaki sauce, and used sesame oil instead of regular oil. Make sure to cook carrots for a while first as they take forever. I served it with egg drop soup from this site as well. AWESOME. We like food spicy, so I threw in some spiracha too. SOOOO good.

Sausage, Peppers, Onions, and Potato Bake
This recipe is delicious. I added a little more garlic salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning as my family likes bold flavors. I also used hot sausage. So delicious. Many people stated that the prep time is too long, but I cut the potatoes while the sausage was cooking and cut the bell peppers/onions while the potatoes were cooking. The potatoes did take longer to brown than I thought, but the end result was AWESOME. My husband said,"This is so good! I'm probably going to make myself sick, but I'm going to keep eating." I've made a similar recipe without the potatoes and it's not as good. The potatoes really add something. good.

Curried Honey Mustard Chicken
I followed the recipe exactly and my family didn't really care for it. It was sickly sweet. If I ever make it again, I would decrease the honey by 1/2. I'll stick with the honey mustard chicken recipe I usually use.
