Asian Beef Skewers
Absolutely delicious! Having trouble finding sha cha sauce locally. I ended up using an Asian-style BBQ sauce this time and will probably buy the real stuff online so we can have this again. Fantastic, served with Basmati rice and veggies with stir fry sauce.

Apple Kielbasa Coins
Started making this for dinner because I had all ingredients on hand. Reviews were good so I gave it a try. Then I saw that the OP serves it as breakfast and I got a little nervous but everyone ate it up with sides of green beans and mashed potatoes. Absolutely delicious! Remember to turn down heat once it hits a boil, my coins got a little crispy on one side.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
Recipe as-is 4 stars. Simply adding panko to the topping takes this to 5 stars and up! Will probably make it without lemon juice next time, or maybe a little less. All in all, this is very good and I'm thankful for delicious fish recipes like this!
