Baked Spaghetti Squash Lasagna Style

Delish!! Very impressed with this recipe. I used a small squash and also cooked it longer than 35 minutes, it was almost an hour before it was done. I also added 1lb browned lean ground beef to the stewed tomatoes and baked it in a 9X13 in baking dish!! My husband hates squash and was less than excited to try this, I am happy to say he LOVED it!! I will be making this again!!

Crab Stuffed Flounder

I was sooo disappointed!! Fishy taste!!! I used 2 cans of crab and a can of baby shrimp rinsed and drained. Followed the advise of using Old Bay on the fish and in the stuffing and followed the recipe after that. So fishy we could barely finish one piece each!!

Reuben Casserole

This was EXCELLENT!! I did follow the suggestion of assembling in reverse order to avoid the soggy cust, I placed the corn beef on the bottom of a casserole dish sprayed with Pam followed by the sourekraut then the dressing and shredded swiss cheese on top then buttered bread cubes, I used pumpernickel bread. I baked in a 400 degree oven for 25 minutes and it was perfect.

Chicken Florentine Casserole

Delicious!!! I also sliced the chicken breast and piled the slices on top of the spinach and mushrooms! I added a tablespoon of capers to the sauce as well. My husband thought it was a bit too spinachy so next time I am going to use one can spinach and a ½ cup of rice in the bottom layer. I also omitted step one by cookinging my chicken breast in the crock pot in chicken broth on low during the day, By the time I got home from work they were done and I just assembled the rest of the dish!! Will make again very soon!!!

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

Yummy!!! I didn't change a thing! It has a fresh taste and the aroma while cooking are mouth wateringly delicious!! While it was simmering the additional 10 minutes, my daughter strolled into the kitchen sniffing mmmmmm what smells so good!?!?!?! We will no longer be buying the packaged taco seasoning!

Creamy Chicken on Linguine

Delightfully Delicious!!! I served it bit differently though, I placed pasta on the dinner plate and spooned sauce onto the pasta then I sliced a chicken breast (I used one breast per serving instead of mixing everything in one bowl) and scattered the slices on to the pasta and sauce and spooned more sauce over the sliced chicken then I shredded some parmesan cheese over the top. I loved the presentation and everyone LOVED the flavor!!! I did double the sauce ingredients as I was afraid there wouldn't be enough and it came out perfectly. My husband was the lucky one to take the leftovers to work for lunch the next day and he said it was as good if not a bit better than the original meal had been!

Lover's Beef Burgundy Filet

I have made this for Valentines Day twice now three years apart, the first time I was able to get Filet Mingnon and it was scrumptious!! The second time I wasn't able to get the Filet Mingnon and the butcher suggested New York Strip as a substitute cut of meat, we were let down. . . the flavor just wasn't there, even after three years we could tell it wasn't as good as the first time and I made it exactly as the recipe reads did not change a thing. I will definetly make this again but ONLY if I can get the Filet Mingnon steaks!!

Tomato Chicken Parmesan

Yummmm I made this on a week night and it was simple and quick!! Tastes like it took hours. I did bake it a bit longer because I cut back on the saute time I went about 5 minutes per side as I didn't want the cheese to burn. I baked it for 40 minutes and then let it rest for 10 additional minutes while I prepared angel hair pasta and heated some marinara sauce to top it with. It was perfect!!!

Chicken Fried Chicken

Followed recipe to a T. . .crunchy on the outside and moist and juicy on the inside. This is my main fried chicken recipe. I have even added a ¼ cup of Zantarans breading to the breading for a little extra kick. Very Good Fried Chicken recipe

Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas

Absolutly the best Chicken Enchiladas I have ever tasted!!! I have made this recipe 3 times now and felt I had to leave a review because I am soo pleased to have added this to our menu at home!! The first time I made this I prepared it all at once and it did take a lot of time. The second and third times I made it, I followed the tip of slow cooking the chicken in a crock pot with in Chicken Broth, I start it in the morning before I leave for work usually the chicken breast are frozen, I cover them with the chicken broth and set it on low, by the time I get home that night they are fully cooked and the rest of the steps are a breeze and I can have them on the table by 6:00 to everyone's delight!! Even our hard to please picky daughter raves about these!! Thank You So Much Crystal!!!
