I am only reviewing this recipe because I actually followed it exactly... Measuring spoons out and all! The taste was very rich, but wonderful. Like something you would eat in a restaurant. I mixed in chicken I had sauteed in olive oil and seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and penne pasta. Garlic toast to "sop" up all the sauce at the bottom was essential!!
The only ONE thing I would say about this recipe.. it is DEFINATELY more than 4 servings!! More like 6 to 8, depending on what you mix in. One full (14.5 oz) box of pasta and 2 chicken breasts were a perfect proportion, and unless you have 4 large, hungry men, it is more than 4 =)
Thanks for this awesome recipe! Now I can make alfredo sauce without it taking all day!
