Garlic, Spinach, and Chickpea Soup

this one of my favorite recipes orginally found from a vegetarian cookbook. i like to add couple cans of snows minced and chopped clams to the mix and my friends and i really enjoy it.

It's Chili by George!!

I prefer something a bit spicier so I added spicy v8 in place of tomato juice. The chili turned out great. I will certainly make it again. Thanks!
