Chicken Piccata with Angel Hair Pasta
Love it! I used whole wheat flour instead of AP. Also i did mince a half an onion with the garlic. I have never had piccata but this was amazing, whole family loved it and will be making very very often, super easy!!

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Nut Muffins
These were not at all what i expected. didnt have an intense chocolate flavor. I did substitute with whole wheat flour and some rapadura sugar instead of all white but it should have atleast still had a chocolate flavor which was lacking. for the second half of the batch i was baking i added some oil and milk and cocoa powder and almond extract, which helped in the moistness but still not the richness i was hoping for. all in all its an ok recipe nothing amazing or i would try again.

Simple Baked Apples
I love this!!!!!! I dont know why anybody would give it less than 5 stars. I subsituted whole wheat flour added some vanilla, and pinch salt, and used rapadura sugar instead of white and reduced the overall amount. I thought it was a great healthier alternative to dessert!!! will definately be making it again when the sweet cravings strike!!! Thank you!!
