These pecans were better than any store bought sugar coated pecans I've had and they were so easy to make. I was munching on them as they were baking! I made them for Thanksgiving as a pre-dinner snack and half of the pound was gone before dinner! I'm going to make this again for Christmas using walnuts.

This recipe was excellent! It was easy to make. The only change I made was substituting onion powder for the chopped onions. My relatives loved it so much that I only got to eat a few spoonfuls! I will definitely be making this again.

Philadelphia Style Butter Cake

I have made this twice for my family and they couldn't stop raving about it! It's so easy to make too. I found it easiest to mix the cake mix, butter and egg by hand (sort of messy) or with a spoon because the mixture gets stuck in the beaters of the electric mixer. Other than that this is a quick and easy recipe even for the novice baker!
