Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2014
The sauce was DELICIOUS. I adjusted the cooking time for the chicken according to it's size and doubled the serving amount of the recipe for the sauce; Highly recommend making extra to go with rice or vegetables! My boyfriend loved it too, I caught him literally licking the plate off haha.

Baked Salmon II

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2014
My boyfriend and I love salmon, and we've tried many different recipes but this is by far the best. I had some salmon I cut into steaks so I used that instead of a fillet and lightly poked holes on them before I marinaded them. I also marinaded the salmon in the fridge for a longer time (2-3 hours) but otherwise followed the recipe exactly; It really brings out the delicious taste of the fish rather than add too much flavor to it. My boyfriend and I've found that a lot of the other recipes for baked salmon adds flavoring that interferes with the natural taste of salmon but now were sticking to this recipe whenever we have salmon! So good! Thank you for posting!!

Pork Steaks

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2014
I've used this recipe for pork steaks over and over and it's delicious, my boyfriend and I love it! Super easy dinner, I serve it with rice and steamed veggies or toss some vegetables in the same pan as the steak. The steaks I get (about half - 3/4of annual inch thick) cook much faster than the recipe so they're pretty much done after the cook while covered process. I cook them on medium low heat. Definitely worth trying! (: I'm definitely continuing to use this recipe for pork steaks ?

Best Steak Marinade in Existence

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2014
TITLE SPEAKS TRUE, this marinade was absolutely DELICIOUS. Real easy to prepare and so worth it to, if you're having steak. The flavour was amazing and the best part was that I could prep this with ingredients I'd usually have in the house (:

Arkansas Green Beans

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2013
Wonderful side dish (: I read the other reviewers suggestions and cut down the sugar to much less. Other than that I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out SO tasty! It was really good still though, definitely going to be making this again!

Aunt Carol's Spinach and Fish Bake

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2013
I read everyone else's reviews and tweaked it a little bit, therefore I'm giving it four stars. It was absolutely delicious though! I added a little bit of lemon juice and salt and pepper to the fish before placing it in the baking pan; However, I do wish I added more or let the cod sit in the lemon juice for a little bit because some lemon-pepper taste to the cod would have made it perfect. Adding some minced garlic and parmesan would be wonderful too. My boyfriend isn't a huge fan of white fish but quite enjoyed this dish. ESPECIALLY the spinach. He polished off that (:
