Banana Sour Cream Bread
The only reason I'm giving this a 4* is because I think a few things in the recipe need to be tweaked. I added, (Mexican)vanilla, allspice and a hint of nutmeg and 2 drop of lemon to the recipe. Instead of baking @ 300 I chose 350 and cut the baking time down by about 15 mins. Other than that the recipe comes out perfect everytime. Also I do this recipe in batches of two using two full eggs instead of 1 1/2.I also bake it in the oven over a cookie sheet with water. It comes out very moist and light. It will not last 2 days. So make sure you plan to make more before the last piece is eaten:)
