I also used 2 eggs instead of one, and more like 1/2 cup of quinoa instead of 1/4 cup. Definitely needs to be molded on a flat cooking sheet rather than using a loaf pan as a previous reviewer wrote, because there are a LOT of fat drippings that would have made for a really gross mess in a loaf pan. I did make the glaze and thought it was perfect, although I would recommend making twice as much as described to really get the loaf covered with it. Loved the hot sauce ingredient, big fan of that. My husband loved this... Would recommend making double the recipe if cooking for more than 2-3 people. Tasted DELICIOUS!
