FANTASTIC! My husband and I are trying to be salmon eaters, and this recipe did the trick! The flavor of the marinade was perfect. The only thing I did differently was to grill it skin side down only. It turned out perfect, and the skin came right off.

Zesty Chicken Meatloaf

We loved this recipe! I did make a few changes based on the some of the reviews. I added an extra tablespoon of both salsa and ranch dressing. I accidently added the cheese in with the meat mixture, so I added an additional 1/2 cup to the top during the last 15 minutes of cooking, and then broiled it a few minutes to brown it. Also made my own bread crumbs with 2 pieces of toast. Very moist and great flavor! Will make again the same way!

Kentucky Banana Pudding

Orange Cranberry Drops

These cookies were very good. Not my favorite, but still good. I think they would taste best with a glaze or icing on top. I liked the spongy consistency.

Broccoli Coleslaw

I definitely enjoyed this recipe. The only thing is that my green onions were VERY strong for some reason in this recipe. Perhaps, if I had rinsed them again AFTER cutting them up. They seemed to overpower the other flavors.

Overnight Bubble Bread

I would probably give this recipe 3.5 stars. I loved that it was SOOO easy to make. However, my husband and I both agreed that they were just too sweet (even though I'm a sucker for junk food). I think that I will try significantly reducing the amount of pudding mix next time.

Apple Oatmeal Bars

This recipe was very good... not quite my favorite, but still yummy. I added cinnamon and a sprinkle of nutmeg, because my opinion is that any recipe like this MUST have cinnamon! Probably won't make again, but we still enjoyed it quite a bit!

Freak'n Good Ribs

These ribs were fantastic!! My husband and I love good ribs, and this is a keeper. The only thing I did different was that I didn't add the cloves (didn't have them on hand). Also, this recipe makes TONS of sauce... I definitely could have cooked more than 2 lbs of ribs. Anyway, FANTASTIC!!

Enchiladas

My husband and I really enjoyed these! I have always enjoyed enchiladas with a white sauce (and you can't get any easier than the white sauce in this). I used 1/2 Cup sour cream, and 1/2 Cup plain yogurt. It was fantastic! Next time I will try with all yogurt... I'm not sure it needed the sour cream.

Fresh Strawberry Pie I

Fantastic!! This pie looks beautiful and tastes great too! I cut the sugar by just a bit and also added a thin cream cheese/ sugar/ vanilla layer like one of the other users. My husband and I ate more than 1/2 of the pie in one sitting!

French Onion Soup III

I was looking for a good french onion soup recipe, and this is it! My husband and I really enjoyed it. Based on some of the other reviews, I substituted additional beef broth in place of the water, added a bay leaf, and used 1 1/2 red onions and 1 yellow onion. Tasted great. Will double the recipe next time, because there was not much leftover and it was just my husband and me.
