Golden Sweet Cornbread

I found it to be too dry, too crumbly and lacking in flavor. I also had to cook it an extra 15 or so minutes for the middle to be completely cooked through, but by the time the middle was cooked the top was over cooked and the edges were burnt. I have a very old, inconsistent oven so maybe that was the reason, but I definitely will not try this recipe again until I have a different oven.

Garlic Delicata

This recipe was not too bad. I was hoping for more flavor, despite the fact that I used 3 times as much garlic than the recipe called for (1 delicata squash, 3 cloves garlic) but I would be willing to try this recipe again if I tweaked it a little. Then again, this recipe was the first time I'd ever cooked or eaten delicata squash so maybe I'm just not a fan of it.

Yummy Garlic Croutons

The croutons were delicious! But only while they were fresh and hot. For some reason mine didn't get crunchy - some were crunchy, but most of them ended up being chewy which I didn't like. I thought if I cooked them longer they would burn. I would make these again, but probably have to do it a little differently.

Stuffed Tomatoes

I made this recipe as is and also using vegetarian sausages as I was cooking for a friend who is vegetarian. I loved it! (the vegetarians ones weren't as good in my opinion, but my friend really liked them too). I ended up adding more cheese because the amount the recipe gave wasn't enough for me. However, this delicious recipe is not very good as leftovers. I would suggest only making as many as you're going to eat that meal. It absolutely does not save well, other than that this recipe is great!

Braised Balsamic Chicken

I just made this recipe for dinner and it was so delicious! I made only minor changes - canola oil instead of olive, sun-dried tomatoes instead of canned and mushrooms instead of onions since we didn't have any - and the recipe was still delicious. I wasn't a huge fan of the sun-dried tomatoes. Next time, I think I'll try mushrooms and onions instead. So glad I made this dish. Loved it!

Chicken and Red Wine Sauce

I followed the recipe exactly as it's written (except for adjusting number of servings - no sense in making 12 servings for just two people). Maybe I did something wrong, but I wasn't happy with the cooking process at all and the flavor, while good, was not worth trying this recipe again.
