This cookie is very delicious. But, when I put the egg white on the cookie with the almonds and baked it, the cookie lost it's shape. I tried it without the egg white and almonds, and it kept it's shape just fine. The cookies are very delicate and out of 16 very large cookies that were made, only 8 came through with no cracking. I would make this recipe again, but I would omit the second layer and put the wash ontop when it is just about done and pop it back in the oven for the remainder of the time.

This is amazingly yummy. I used half the coffee, 1 cup whiskey and a half tsp of coconut extract instead of almond. I also used half and half instead of whipping cream. It was plenty creamy.

Really love this recipe. Couldn't find the cherries called for in the recipe so i used cherry pie filling, and it was great. I added almond extract to the icing and the cherries and it was yummy. My husband wants this cake for his birthday every year from now on!:)

This is one of the best recipes i have ever tried off of this website. I brought the peanut butter cups to work and everyone loved them! They have a home made taste that doesn't scream of mass produced chocolate. ***** five BIG stars!

I give this recipe a5*. It was really moist and tasty. I felt I could have added more nuts or varying types of nuts to the mix. And next time I will try nutmeg in the recipe. Such a good muffin!

This recipe is to die for! soo sinful. I ran out of white sugar, so I subtituted in 1/2 cup of brown and it turned out great. I also put in a mix of semi-sweet chocolate chips, chopped dark chocolate and milk chocolate as well the walnuts. They turned out moist just like the recipe said. Best chocolate chip cookies I have ever baked.

You have to add a bit more garlic to actually taste it. I also added minced fresh garlic and some extra parsley..good with spaghetti.

Sooo yummy:) I added extra cheese to the filling of the casserole too. I actually tastes really like pizza and took me only a short while to make. I will make this again.

Very good chili. Good base recipe. I added some shredded carrots to sneak in extra veggies, as well as extra celery. My husband really enjoyed the fact that there were 2 meats in the chili and he raved about it. Will make again.

Very heavy loaf of banana bread. Takes longer usually than the cooking directions call for as it is soo dense. Yummy flavour! i often add walnuts and chocolate chips in it to make a dessert loaf. MMMMM.

Best stew ever!! Love it, soo easy. I often substitute items on the ingrediant list(like specific veggies) with whatever is in my fridge and it always works out well.
