Honey Cornbread
Really good cornbread. I made these as muffins by sprinkling some rosemary and frozen corn on top and then baking them for 18 minutes. Yielded 12 muffins.

Pumpkin Butter
I used leftover fresh pumpkin I had on hand and it turned out terrific. Try stirring 2 tsp of the butter into a bowl of oatmeal -- delicious!
