Vintage Lemonade
i love this recipe! i've made this a couple of times already, and i totally agree with the mods - scrape off the piths, less sugar (~1 cup total) and more water (~1cup more). i also like to throw in some thinly sliced ginger peels (fresh) into the sugar to add a different taste! this recipe takes more time, but it is worth it! :)

Lemon Chewy Crisps
this recipe was good. i added a few white chocolate chips to it. the cookies didn't taste really lemony when they first came out of the oven, but after a day or so, the lemon flavor came out more. i followed the other reviews, and added lemon zest and juice from lemons. The only real problem was that the dough was REALLY sticky, even after i had refrigerated it for a few hours. So it was really hard to get it off and on to the cookie sheet. But overall it was a very good cookie, and good to add to the typical cookie rotation of chocolate chip and PB! thanks for the recipe!

Hummus III
this recipe is a great starter recipe for anyone to try hummus and customize. i usually add more garlic (about 2-3 cloves per can of beans i use) and have changed it up by using different beans - black beans (my favorite so far!), kidney beans (nice shade of pink when blended!) - and by adding other ingredients. i've tried adding one chipotle to the mix sometimes, or using sun dried tomatoes another time. Whatever you want, you can do with this base recipe. It's awesome! thanks for the recipe!
