I made this recipe for a Thanksgiving gathering of family and friends...it was a HUGE hit! People could not get enough of it! My husband is not a stuffing fan, but loved this. I added 4 cups of mushrooms rather than 2, 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts, and salt. I can't wait for Christmas to make this again!!

Strawberry Spinach Salad I

This salad is beautiful and DELICIOUS! The dressing is perfect if you cut the sugar to 1/3 cup as others have suggested. I agree that the dressing is much more than needed-you could almost double the amount of spinach and the dressing would be plenty. I am so happy to have this recipe...I have already shared it with several friends!

Black Bean and Corn Salad II

This salad is fabulous! I made this for a get-together and it was a hit. It is very colorful and the lime dressing is very tasty. All of the ingredients work very well together. Yum!!
