Baked Ziti I

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2005
SOOO easy to make and fabulous! I didn't have Ziti noodles nor provolone cheese so I modified with using spiral noodles and additional mozerella cheese in place of Provolone. I used ground turkey (couldn't tell the difference) I also added garlic and some extra seasonings to 'spice' it up. Instead of using 2 jars of spagetti sauce I used 1 and then added an addtional small can of tomato sauce. Wow! Just like lasagana! AWESOME!

Chi Tan T'ang (Egg Drop Soup)

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2003
I am an EGG Drop Soup NUT! I think this is a very good recipe considering I am pretty picky! I am not much of a soy sauce fan....but I think this is pretty good. I did cut back on the full amount of soy sauce though. It was an A+ in my book. I have made it twice in the past 4 days....that says enough there! YUM!

Iowa Pork Steak

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2003
Very GOOD! It makes a very tender pork steak...just crumbles off the fork while eating. The gravy is perfect to put on mashed potatoes or a good noodles sauce. This recipe is a KEEPER! TERRIFIC! Thanks so much for sharing it!

Salisbury Steak

A family Fav! I would suggest limiting the flipping of the meat process because it falls apart easily. I also add chopped onion to the meat mixture. EXCELLENT!

Holiday Peppermint Bark

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2002
This is a very simple and fabulous gift to make for friends. I have to say though that through trial and error it works best with "Bark" rather than morsals. I use it in layers like...I do chocolate bark and let it cool and then the next layer I use with white bark and then crush the peppermint into the white while still warm. I also add a little bit of peppermint extract to the bark during the heating process to add more peppermint flavor. Works GREAT! It never lasts long when I make this! Good luck and give it a try!
