Luscious Slush Punch

Wonderful punch! I have made it twice, both time with rave reviews from my guests! Once with ginger ale and the other with lemon/lime soda - both are very good! It is a refreshing hit with adults and kiddos alike!

Pork and Green Chile Casserole

I served this with whole wheat tortillas and my family raved about this dish! It was very tasty. I may try chicken next time as I am not a big pork fan.

Old Fashioned Paradise Pumpkin Pie

This was really good! I took others' advice and doubled the topping ingredients. I didn't have any problem with the cream cheese marbling with the pumpkin layer; I refrigerated the cream cheese for 30 minutes and then poured it into the pie crust and put it into the freezer for about 20 minutes. It got rave reviews from everyone who would try it (several non-pumpkin pies eaters around the tables who wouldn't try it) Their loss!

Easy Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Yum! I made this for the fourth of July and it was great! I took the advise of some and didn't use quite as much peppermint extract; my husband thought it was perfect, but I thought it could use a little more. Next time, I will follow the recipe exactly and see how we all like it.

Quick Coffee Cake

Made this on an unexpected snow day with only ingredients I had on hand. It was very good! I added pecans to the topping. I liked the contrast of the crisp,sweet topping with the soft and light cake. This recipe is a keeper that I will make again and again!
