Incredibly easy, healthy and very delicious! We used chicken/rosemary/mozzarella raviolis and doubled the "sauce". Delish!!

Chicken Florentine Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2011
This was good, but not amazing. Way too much spinach - 1 can would be more than plenty (and fresh spinach would be the best!). I left out the bacon since I don't eat it and this was pretty bland overall. I didn't feel that it was too rich as others stated or too salty for that matter. Definitely missing something...so I'll play with the leftover sauce this week and see what I can do to spruce it up and make it 5 star worthy

Seven Layer Taco Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2011
This was the second time I made this and the first time I don't remember it being that incredible, but I made it for a party last night and it was devoured in minutes! I think the secret is to use fresh, homemade salsa and you will have an incredible recipe!

Avocado Feta Salsa

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2010
This is the BOMB! Wow! I made this on Thanksgiving to share with the family and it was an instant hit! It's even better the next day (even though the avacados start turning colors) Such a nice change from traditional guacamole and the feta cheese is what makes it a 5 star recipe. This is definitely a keeper!

Chocolate Coated Peanut Butter Crackers

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2009
Wow! These are much better than Girl Scout Tag-a-long cookies! I used Ghiradelli chocolate chips since they taste better than that melting chips.

Tex-Mex Turkey Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2009
Awesome! I used chicken instead of turkey, added rotini pasta and lots of extra spices. Also added an entire jar of salsa (16oz) and left out the sour cream. Terrific!

Chocolate Banana Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2009
OMG! This is awesome! I cut down the sugar to 1 1/2 cups and plan to cut it down to 1 cup next round. I also used 1 stick of margarine and 1/2 cup of applesauce and it came out perfect!

Cake Balls

These are absolutely amazing and look so professionally made! I do recommend chilling the dough before balling it and then re-chilling the balls before dipping (they tend to hold their shape better come out of the chocolate much easier :)

Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2008
This was my first attempt at Turkey Burgers and we loved them! I could give up beef burgers in a heartbeat after this recipe. We added just a bit more bread crumbs to hold this all together and then stuck the burgers in the freezer for 15 minutes to help hold them together as well. Terrific recipe and very healthy!

Spicy Bean Salsa

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2008
Absolutely amazing! I followed other's advice and didn't use the italian dressing (I used EVOO, lime juice and some spices to create a better marinade). Great recipe!

Basil Chicken over Angel Hair

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2008
Terrific recipe! Very simple and tons of great flavor for something so healthy! I made it with canned tomatoes (I drained the juice, but may try it with the juice next time to see how it turns out). I only had cilantro on hand, so I used that instead of the fresh basil and it added a wonderful kick to the sauce. I also added some garlic salt and a little cajun seasoning. Definitely recommend!

D's Famous Salsa

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2008
It doesn't get better than this! I've never liked the taste and consistancy of store bought salsa, and just made this tonight. WOW! I can't believe how easy this is to make and you can adjust the spices to your liking. I will never buy salsa again now that I've found this recipe! (Also, I didn't really measure the ingredients - just tossed in everything and it came out perfect!) Enjoy :)

Sour Cream Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2008
Terrific recipe! These are much better then then store bought mini muffins and so much cheaper! I used chocholate chips instead of berries, since that's all I had on hand, and they turned out perfect! My husband and son loved them, so that's enough for me to keep making them!

Ultimate Roast Beef Blues Sandwich

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2008
I tweaked this recipe so that it was served hot and wow! Absolutely amazing! I buttered hoagie rolls and toasted them in the oven at 350 degrees. I used deli roast beef and pan seared it for a few seconds on each side to get it hot, then spread miracle whip and horseradish on the hoagies, added the roast beef, then the blue cheese. My husband thought they were incredible and we will definitely serve it again!
