Easy Meatloaf

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2010
This is our favorite meatloaf hands down. We make it all the time! But...I add worcestershire sauce and parsley. We also cut up some red potatoes, coat them with olive oil and bake them right along with the meatloaf in the same pan. The sauce mixes in with the potatoes and...YUM!!! AWESOME!!!

Like other users, I added peanut butter to the mixture. But I used Cocoa Krispies instead of regular ones. YUM!!!

Apple Crisp III

Reviewed: May 10, 2006
The recipe should have been called Apple Goo. I should have omitted the water. Topping as not crumbly, it was sticky and in attempt to brown the crust I overcooked the apples. (Good flavor though.)

Peanut Butter Bars I

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2005
The only problem I had was cutting through the top layer of chocolate while cutting them into bars, after chilling them. So I set them at room temperature to soften, but then the bottom peanut butter layer was too soft to lift out of the pan, so back in the fridge they went to harden and cut again! Very tasty, though. These are perfect with a cold glass of milk! Yummy!

Broccoli Beef I

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2005
This recipe tasted much better than most Chinese restaurants make it! I used sesame oil to brown the beef and added a can of water chestnuts and red pepper flakes to the mixture (I like spicy). I also serve it with brown rice instead of white. Also, if you use frozen broccoli, heat in microwave first and then add to beef mixture. AWESOME!
