Absolutley delicious! Quick and easy, with restaurant quality results. The only addition I made was adding some jalepeno wine to the sauteed veggies because I had it in the fridge. I will make this many times in the future!

Cake Balls

This tasty dessert is one of the neatest things I have ever made! It takes a while, but it is worth the effort. I made a chocoalte cake, crumbled it while still warm and mixed in most of a can of white icing. I then rolled into balls and put into freezer for about an hour. Dipped in dark chocolate, sprinkled with sprinkles, and put back into the freezer for a bit! They are wonderful, very rich and elegent, and I look very forward to making differnt flavor combinations!

Easy Cheese Ball II

I made this for a party, and it was devoured by all my guests! I was kind of sad, because I was hoping to have leftovers left for me. It is a great recipe, very easy to make.

Tortellini Pasta Fillet Salad

I have made this salad lots of times, minus the fish fillets. It is a wonderful alternative to traditional pasta salad. The flavors are great, and it travels very well for pot lucks, lunches, ect.
