Brazilian Fish Stew

Excellent and easy to make. My family loves soups/stews and this hit the spot. When I made this I had frozen flounder on hand and only 1 bell pepper. I also used only a tiny pinch of salt and it still came out so delicious. The flavors work very well together and we love the subtle bite of lime.

Salmon Patties I

My husband and I really liked this recipe. I added "It's a Dilly" spice to the mixture and they came out wonderful. I also added just a bit more onion (about 1/2 a medium size onion). This is a recipe that is easy, quick, and delicious.

Tomatillo Guacamole

This is a delicious and seriously fresh dip. My hubby couldn't get enough of it! I made life easy and put all of the ingredients into the blender and used the pulse button. The consistency was creamy and a bit smooth. I added a whole jalapeno, some cloves of garlic, and some crushed red pepper on top of the hot sauce! We like it spicy! It came out delicious!

Spicy Grilled Shrimp

Great recipe! I am drooling thinking about it. My husband and I usually leave this recipe for our camping trips. We usually put the shrimp and all of the ingredients into an aluminum foil package to cook on the campfire. These are always tremendously good. I love the garlic and the Cajun spices.

Cajun Grilled Corn

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating

This dish was our Christmas dinner last year. I purchased wild salmon from Sam's club and used the entire salmon from this recipe. It was out of this world. I don't think I have had better salmon yet and we eat a lot of salmon! You have to try this recipe if you like salmon and loads of flavor. Great recipe!

Baked Tortilla Chips

This recipe was good. I used flour tortillas and pita wedges instead of corn and I didn't add the lime juice. Basically, I brushed the wedges with olive oil and sprinkled the cumin, chili powder, and salt seasoning on top. I baked them for about 10-15 minutes and they came out crunchy and delicious. We like them with home made tomatillo salsa!

Individual Baked Eggs

We liked this! It is a very tasty morning dish that doesn't take too much to make. The bacon gets nice and crispy in the oven. Add sharp cheddar cheese on the top and an english muffin and you have a delicious meal. The only drawback is the fact that you are using a skillet and a muffin pan. It makes for more work afterwards, but the recipe is good enough for the extra washing!

Magic Peanut Butter Middles

I had no idea what a big mess these would be, but as the last reviewer said, they are well worth it. These cookies are so rich and decadent. The soft Peanut Butter middle just melts in your mouth. I love the chocolate cookie with the peanut butter. The whole family says, WOW!

Grilled Onion Blossom

We just came back from a camping trip and this was on the menu. We loved it! It was very tasty. I added a few things to this to make it sensational. I cut the onion up and added the butter, freshly chopped garlic cloves (we love garlic), a pinch of cayenne pepper, and a couple of grinds of a Cajun blend. Wrapped them in aluminum foil and threw them straight into the coals. Wow! We were impressed. We like it spicy and garlicky and we got just that!

Campfire Banana Splits

Mmmmmmm! We just got back from a camping trip and we have fallen in love with this recipe. It's delicious! My husband said that he wants to make this at home in the oven! The only thing I would do different next time is stuff the marshmallows in first because they were all over the aluminum foil and not in the banana. Thanks for a great idea.

Breakfast Rounds

This is a great start in the morning. These were divine! My husband and I both loved the flavors and combinations. I made a slight modification and didn't use the margarine/brown sugar combo and just used honey instead. After putting on the honey, I sprinkled cinnamon on top. Thank you for a great new way to eat English muffins!

Cheese Garlic Biscuits II

WOW! These biscuits are rich, luscious, and better than Red Lobster biscuits! These are a once in awhile treat due to the high butter content, but they will floor you with their taste! I added some garlic salt in the butter glaze with the real garlic and used less butter. Great recipe!

Oatmeal Pudding Cookies

These were good cookies. They would have been great with added spice, like vanilla. I accidentally overcooked one batch and they turned out to be my favorite. They were a bit crunchier. Next time I will also go with another reviews recommendation and use French vanilla pudding. I will try this recipe again.

Amazingly Good Eggnog

Delicious! I see why this would be a must make every year. I used half and half instead of full cream and it turned out light and delightful. My husband raved about it and I know he will beg me to make this easy recipe every year too!
