Scrumptious Red Potato Salad

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2011
naturally, i love this, it's my recipe, but I've gotten great reviews from friends who have tasted it! The baby dill adds just the right zip to the flavor.

Hearty Potluck Mac 'n' Cheese

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2011
Rich and hearty, the perfect winter comfort food; easy to prepare, perfect for crowds! A little goes a long way. This recipe also works well if you use a a smaller can of the diced tomatoes.

Homemade Flour Tortillas

Reviewed: May 31, 2009
Outstanding flavor! My husband thought i should open restaurant with these. The only thing is as divided this makes very SMALL tortillas. We like ours a little bigger, so I used more dough per tortilla.

Lime Cilantro Rice

Reviewed: May 31, 2009
Very good flavor, very, very easy indeed! Just like the rice at Chipotle's! We used it the first night as an accompaniment to some Lemon-Cilantro Chicken, and fluffed and heated it up the next night for fajitas!

Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2008
This is the best and easiest Banana Bread recipe ever! So moist and delicious. Sometimes to zip it up a bit we add 1 cup of chopped pecans. My daughter has been baking this recipe on her own since she was 6 years old (I help put the batter in the pan).

Marie's Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: May 3, 2006
For ease of preparation you cannot beat this! The only change I would suggest is to coat the potatoes in the onion soup mix and salt them before adding the beef to the crock pot; I neglected this the first time I tried the recipe and the potatoes turned out slightly discolored. After that, however, no problem!

Creamy Potato Pork Chop Bake

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2006
Very tasty! I would use thinner pork chops next time instead of the one-inch-thick I used, as they did not cook through in the suggested time.

Garlic Chicken Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2006
This was completely outstanding! I found it tastier to use two TBSP of granulated garlic rather than the two tsp. suggested. My family never loved my fried chicken until this recipe came along. Thanks! We also used those Foster Farms thin-sliced chicken breasts rather than pounding the chicken.
