Our entire wedding cake (top layer and all) was devoured within minutes at our reception, so I decided to make something special for our first anniversary. This is a two-layer chocolate cake with a cream cheese frosting, and a layer of raspberry creme (Cool Whip and seedless raspberry jam) in the center. It was yummy!

Photography Notes: This photo was taken before we bought our digital camera. My husband really wanted a picture of the cake, so he hooked up his webcam to the laptop and snapped a picture that way (so that's why it's kind of blurry...).
